REBOOT Day 5


Whew! We are to day 5, and I am really learning a lot with this boot camp!

REBOOT Day 5:

Body... Start your day with exercise if it fits into your schedule. You will feel awesome all day long.

Mind... Rest your stress. Set a timer for 5 minutes and breath slowly, focus on each breath.

Life... Increase your eye contact with people, so that you project confidence.
