Sorry it's been a few days for boot camp. The holiday was very long and tiring for sure!
So here is day 6 of your boot camp, have you been doing the other 5 days?
BODY: Take things up a notch, give your workout everything you've got! I like how Chalene Johnson says to get mad about something and kill it during her turbofire hiit workouts.
MIND: Be kind to yourself, DO NOT self criticize today! I am so glad we are doing this one today, because this has been an ongoing thing for me lately.
LIFE: Take the initiative! Do something you've been afraid to do.
