Sorry there has been such a lapse between days :( Life has gotten in the way of life lately. So here is day 7!

Body: Flow in slow mo. Do some yoga or a good stretch class.

Mind: Take a mental vacation. I love to lay in the sun and imagine I'm on a tropical beach.

Life: SPEAK UP! Letting things slide may end up really hurting you... Speaking from experience here!!
